How does the photo quote process work?
It's simple — snap a few photos or a short walkthrough video of your garage and send them to us. We review your space, recommend the right package, and send you a clear quote.
Do I need to clean or organize before sending photos?
No. Please send photos of your garage as it is. Seeing the real condition helps us recommend the right package, estimate the time needed, and give you a more accurate quote.
What's included in each package?
Every package includes decluttering, sorting, organizing, and functional light cleaning. Higher-tier packages add more time, more detailed organization, and a stronger labeling system.
How long does a garage reset take?
It depends on your garage size and condition. Starter Reset is up to 2.5 hours on-site, Family Reset up to 4 hours, Plus Reset up to 5.5 hours, and Transformation Day up to 7 hours. We’ll include a time estimate with your quote.
Do I need to be home during the reset?
We recommend being home for the first 15–30 minutes so we can walk through any questions about what to keep, donate, or discard. After that, you're welcome to leave. We do a final walkthrough with you at the end.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, we require a small deposit to hold your date on the calendar. The deposit is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due on the day of your reset, after the walkthrough.
